Water damage: Although some of our products are advertised as water-resistant or water-proof, they are not designed to be used in or near water. Devices that are advertised as water-resistant or waterproof, are made this way to mitigate faults that may occur if the device comes in contact with water. Water is capable of entering some of the devices if the cover has not been sealed correctly, or if the seal is moved during use. As there is no way to detect weather damage or loss due to water has occurred from improper use, and any damage or loss arising from water damage will void the warranty.
